It's nice, very nice
Sunny days and cold nights
Ocean is it's neighbor
Palm trees are it's friends
Folks drive slow on the streets
at trade joe's they always greet

buildings are short
'things' are expensive
It is traditional
It is old fashioned, yet trendy
It is someteims windy

bike paths are gorgeous
the mountains are beautiful
the air is fresh
and the smell is clean
It holds one K-mart
it has no room for wal-mart

apartment is cozy
screams for more closet space
the grass is green
the tree is tall
inside the apartment, chinmay reads a tome
